1998 28 ft camper $1800

I bought this camper for my Mom to live in on my property. Bad idea for a 82 year old. I've built a small cabin for her and need to sell the camper.

The lady I bought it from lived in it for 2 years and said everything worked. Some things did, but I never got the fridge and water heater to work properly. Not sure if it was me or the fridge. Mom was afraid to use the gas stove, so not sure if it works. It had some water damage, but the leaks have been fixed. It still has a small leak at vent in bath.

The sewage drain has some damage, not sure how bad it is.

This would be a good hunting camper.
