Shock adjustment 2005 klr650

Well just discovered my preload and damping were both at factory setting 1 lol. Not gonna work for big boy. I'm 225 on. set them at 5 and 3 respectively till I get off road will play with damping setting. Sound right?  Also noticed two slots on swing arm stabilization bar in picture. Assume it's set for taller rider?

I would assume the same thing.

Measure the holes, whichever one is the shortest to the other end will be the highest/tallest.
