How difficult is it to replace belt ? What all is involved ?

From the pic above all that would be required would be to remove the finned variator outer pulley, remove the belt and put the new one on.  Getting to that last pic was a little time consuming because there was a body panel and several covers that needed to be removed.  I also had problems with some of the fasteners so I replaced them with better ones.  Now that I know what I'm doing I'd guess I could replace the belt in about an hour.  That's assuming I didn't have to spend a bunch of time trying to locate the correct tools :D

That would be a concern. Would you need any specialty tools for belt r/r ?

In Impact wrench helps.  Sometimes you need a special tool to keep the variator from rotating when you remove or torque the big nut that holds it on.  In this case I didn't need a special tool.

It depends on the scooter.  In this case it was real simple.  Look at the pic below.  There are two large holes in the variator fins.  I stuck a large allen wrench in one of those holes and it could only rotate so far before hitting one of the variator cover supports.

Changed the handlebar on Big Blue for something little more narrow and more pull back.

Lol I went the other way. Less / no pull back and full width dirt bike bars.... Now she feels like a hefty sumo...

Taking off the 14 year old, skint up tires. Too cheap for pit stands, so I'm kickin it old school with some jack stands and a homemade dirt bike stand.

It's quite the contortionist act to accomplish this without dropping the bike.

Obligatory beer pic. I like green beer too.

Nice! I like my pilot powers but am on something with nearly half the horsepower and weight!

Oil change, chain lube, fresh air filter on the new-to-me 525 EXC. Promoto billet kickstand on its way to replace the broken stocker. Changing the oil on KTM RFS bikes actually requires laying it on its side to fill the filters and housings with oil.
