BMW GS 911

Does anyone have a diagnostics computer for BMW bikes?  I have an '03 f650gs that I have always suspected has a little bit of an issue with the injection/computer.  When the weather is cold, it has a tendency to die when I brake hard.  It also has a very gentle pulsation of power when I'm cruising suburban streets at 30-35mph.  It is too new to be one of the models plagued by severe computer problems, but I'd like to get it plugged up to a GS 911 to check it out just the same.
