Close enough.  The view is of Waikiki beach and Diamond Head.  The road I was on was Tantalus DR shown in the map below and was seriously twisty.

You are right, that is Diamond Head in the distance and not sure of the name of the road but it is near the Punch Bowl.  I believe the road is Tantalus Drive.  Not sure when the picture was taken but I spent some time in Pearl Harbor aboard the SBX-1 and got to roam the island, although most of that time was in a car.
