Meet at the Mapco in Gurley at 8:00. We'll try to be on the road by 8:15. Ride will go up 65 into Tn, back roads to Lynchburg and then to Delina for Lunch. We'll probably finish up in Ardmore. The weather forecast looks fantastic. :)
Unless something happens, I'll be there.

I'm a strong maybe!
unless the sky falls I'll be there.
I talked to the Old Delina Country Stor. They said they have a big group of around 20 riders coming in at Noon. I told them we'd be there at 11. That shouldn't be a problem but we will pull out right at 8:15. We'll take a break in Lynchburg and leave there in time to get to Delina at 11.
I told them we'd have around 10 riders but it looks like more than that as we also have a few riders on ADV coming.
In the event I can make this happen, can I request a bit more detail please?
Like, an address?
I would be coming from Hoover / Birmingham.
Thank you.

Thanks for the address; I've made a note of it.
Y'all are 2 hours into your ride -- hope it's all you want it to be.
I'll get to find you some day...
It was good seeing everyone today. We ended up with 12 bikes and 13 riders.

There was a big group of jeeps there, maybe headed for Hollytree.

We rode 65 North. I took a couple of pics as we stopped to re-group.
Here David and Wayne are holding up these bicycle riders :D

We took a break in Lynchburg. The restrooms were open. most places were closed. I think most of the places there don't open until 11. The Diamond Gusset store had a sign that they were closed due to Covid 19. No idea when they will re-open.
Some pics.

We left Lynchburg headed for Delina. I screwed up when I turned right on 129. I thought everyone had made it through the traffic light after we left the square and continued on. I did look back, saw a long string of bikes and thought everyone was there. It turns out not everyone made it through the light and they missed the turn on 129. We didn't figure it out until the next stop at 129 and 231. It eventually got straightened out and we all made it to the Old Delina Country Stor where we had a great lunch.

I hope someone else took some pics that were better than mine.
Stephen and Natalee also showed up a little after we did. I took their pic but it was all blurry so I won't post it.
The owner talked to us a bit. They are now open on Friday, Sat, and Sunday only. They were packed while we were there as another large group of bikes from Jackson, Tn showed up around 11:30.
Most of us had desert. I had the fried chocolate pie and homemade ice cream.

Outside of the Stor. There were a bunch more bikes behind the white pickup.

Natalee got herself a DR200 and was out riding it for the first time.

Getting ready to go.

After lunch a few riders headed home while the rest of us did a loop of curvy roads that brought us back to Delina.

After a break in Delina we headed South to 64 where a few more broke off while 5 of us continued to Ardmore. After some tire kicking in Ardmore we split up and headed home.
Thanks everyone who came out for this ride and especially Greg who rode up all the way from Helena.
See Ya'll on the next ride!
Another great ride in the books! I always enjoy rides put on by Win. He finds all the best roads. (https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20200613/c7853358c1634f0700cf1d3672995464.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20200613/af241268e818c3d4e9693ed972795bf9.jpg)

Thanks Win. You create memorable rides and make motorcycling what it's all about.
Now I gotta convince the CFO that I need another dual sport.
Thanks for having the ride Win. I had a great time today. Great roads and good food. At the end of the ride I was only 15 mins away from my sister's house so I stopped by to visit a bit before heading back home. I left the house at 5 am this morning and got back home at 9:15 pm.
Hate that I missed this ride.... and the fried pie. I had a project that I needed to complete at home... been putting it off too long.

Thanks for organizing another great ride Win! I had a really good time with all the great scenery, awesome people, bikes and food. What else could we ask for!

Had a great time. Thanks Win.
First ride I've been on in a while so I was a little rusty. But still managed to keep up.
