Barber Motorsports is hosting MotoAmerica April 4-6. As a trial, they will also be opening the Swap Meet area to vendors. Motorcycle Alabama has decided to join in at the event. It's going to be much smaller than our presence at the Vintage Festival, but we will be represented.

Here's what you need to know:
We will have a one lot booth(as opposed to our fall 3 lot booth). We will focus on moto gear and small desirable items that would appeal to MotoAmerica visitors. So if you're cleaning out your garage and gear closets, hit me up.

We will also be opening the booth to any member who wants to put up a bike for sale(certain rules apply, but I promise they will be EASY). We will have notary services available at the booth(shhh, I haven't told Kris yet 🤣).

There are a limited number of helper bands available at the cost of $50. It gives you full weekend access and camping on our site. Let me know if you want one of these. No work required.

At the very least, if you're going to MotoAmerica, plan to drop by and say hi. I'll post our Lot# when we get one.

Moto on!!

Will the booth be set up on Friday, the 4th? That is the day for practice, and the tickets are the cheapest.
Have you heard if any of the manufactures will be there offering demo rides? Suzuki is a sponsor of MotoAmerica., but they do not show demo rides listed on their web site.

I haven't heard anything about vendors or demo rides. We are setting up on Thursday afternoon, so we will be there for the whole event. Hope to see you there!

Update on the Swap Meet:

We are going to be in Booth K-8. Same row as the fall Vintage Swap Meet, but a few spaces closer to the gate.

Plan to drop by and visit! Kris and I will be manning(womanning ??) the booth.

If you want to park a bike for sale, let me know ahead of time.

I have a bike I need to sell and can get it there Thursday/Friday, but I'm not sure if I can get back on Sunday afternoon. Can somebody ride or haul it some where and I'll pick it up on Monday?

When are you setting up? I'll be there most of the day on Friday.

We're setting up Thursday, likely between 10:00-2:00, depending on how motivated we are.
Check with @IceCold4x4 or @LawnmowerRG  about storing it until Monday. They are both close. I can also check with @Buzz if no one is available.

I'll come down on Thursday to bring bike and help setup. At least that's the plan for now.

Chitza

@jrobinson, what kind of bike is it? Knowing what someone may have to ride would be helpful. But I'm keeping my fingers crossed that we sell it and you won't have to worry about coming back to get it 🤞🏻

I received an email from Barbers. It states that Yamaha, Royal Enfield, Aprilia and Moto Guzzi will have Demo bikes in Lot D.

I did not get a chance to ride the Moto Guzzi Stelvio during the Vintage fest. Hopefully they will have one there.

LawnmowerRG

I also have room at my place for your bike Johnny.

With spring springing wide open I don't think I will be attending.

I was out of town Monday and have already worked about 30 hours as of noon today(Thursday).
