FRIG!

Went out for a little ride, just to cruise around. I've been limiting miles so I could do a second track day on current tires. Not far into the ride and the back end starts to feel "funny". I pull over to get a quick look and THERE'S A PIECE OF WIRE STICKING OUT OF MY FRIGGIN' TIRE!. Fortunately I'm pretty close to home so I limp it back. I had already ordered and received the next set of tires I'm looking to try so I'll get those done Tuesday, but I really wanted to check their milage without the initial abuse of the track. Looks like I'll be track testing my third different tire brand in three events.
Oh well, First World "problems"...
