I find the slow motion effect useful to see WHAT those guys are doing to be ABLE to jump up on the log walls with out totally busting their butts. (That is how I would be out their....getting my butt kicked  ;)  )

A head-to-head, knock-out format for Red Bull Rocks & Logs 2017 sees 204 riders take to the track divided by class in 2017 and a redesigned custom track built by pro rider Shane Cuthbertson brings tough and technical design elements from Enduros and Harescrambles across the globe to Wild Rose MX Park, in the heart of Calgary. And you get to see it all in slow motion here in Calgary, Canada!

Three brand new features in Red Bull Rocks & Logs 2017 will test the skills of riders as they race to complete their laps and get a spot in the finals. Course and line difficulty will increase with each category so that all levels of rider will be able to ride the track.

Riders can enter more than one class in Red Bull Rocks & Logs as long as they meet the appropriate criteria.
- Vet class age is 35yrs + on race day.
- Riders whom qualify in the Pro class Top 10 on Saturday will no longer be permitted to compete in the Amateur, Vet, Women's or Junior finals on Sunday
- Trials riding showcase on Sunday.
- Overnight camping available on request starting Friday 5pm
- Free competitor parking on site
- Free General Admission on Saturday and Sunday

Race format:
Saturday - Points: Top racers go to semi's, bottom racers go to Last Chance Qualifier
Sunday Finals: Head to Head Knockout Bracket

Pro Class - 4 lap qualifying heats | 8 lap final

Amateur Class - 4 lap qualifying heats | 6 lap final

Junior Class - 3 lap qualifying heats | 5 lap final

Vet Class - 4 lap qualifying heats | 6 lap final

Women's Class - 4 lap qualifying heats | 6 lap final


Prizes

Total cash prize purse of $12,000
