Each time I try to post with a photo it's too big.
I've emailed a photo to myself to shrink to a smaller size but same error occurs

what size is the photo you are trying to upload? Are you using a computer or phone? If phone are you using Tapatalk?

Photo storage sites work great and saves bandwidth for us. I'll raise the file size if needed.

Photo upload size is 192k now. If what you are trying to upload is close, I'll raise the limit to that size.

Looks like you have it figured out.  The Photogene app works on iPad also.  You can resize to several dimensions, but I always use 800 pixels wide.  It's big enough to see well, but small enough to not tax the interweb connection.
