Boring roads, crappy scenery on a bike that's too small

They forgot to pave this road AND put it right next to a river.  Someone could fall into the river and drown :crazy:

Which road was this? Going to be headed through that area tomorrow on our way to Waynesville.

I'm pretty sure that was River Rd just south of Franklin.  It runs on the opposite side of the Cullasaja River from 28/64.
