Memorial Day Weekend Inactivity

I laid low for the weekend, with the non professional drunks and what not out in mass.  I checked in often to see if any rides were posted to nudge me out.  Everyone must have been pre planned busy or doing the same thing I was doing, holding off until the holiday extra traffic and stupidity was passed.  :(

It is disappointing that we don't have more people posting rides, but what can we do?  I think a lot of people are busy with work, family, or other projects, and they don't always know in advance when they might get a chance to ride.  Others maybe just don't want to lead a ride and feel responsible for whoever might show up.  I think that we have a good community here, and I am hopeful that we can get back to having more planned rides one day.
