Not motorcycles but still impressive. I don't have any words for this.

I love watching Rampage. The Redbull freeride and downhill events are amazing. Yes the word amazing over used but its appropriate for this.

You can watch so much cool stuff on here. They even stream live events. And its all free.

Now this POV is the best.

Who would like to get off the sofa, stop watching, and start doing? ;)

How about a old fart out of shape ride? :)

Red Bull will not be there but I hear there will be free Aleve for anyone who is not carted away by the paramedics.  ;D

I seriously need to get back on my pedal bike too. Oak Mountain (easy trails) is the best, in my opinion for the novice (or total noob like me). Trussville has some tricky spots to contend with. I haven't ridden Red Mountain but I have hiked it. It's pretty tough terrain.

Also, the Lightning Trail at Oak Mountain is awesome.

This was not a real good summer for me. I need to get back with the excises stuff.

Hurricane Creek in Tuscaloosa is a good place to ride. Traills are not that hard and there is only one big ascent/descent. It is located off of AL216.

Tannehill has a mixture of easy/sort of hard/hard stuff to ride. You can bypass the harder stuff if you chose.

Lake Lurleen State park has a fun trail around the lake. It is one way only with no bail out points though. If you get a flat (and every time I have been, I did.  :) ) you will have to walk it out or fix it. I am not in shape to ride it now, but I will be getting back into shape to tackle it again.

I am up for a ride.......after the rain leaves us alone for a bit.  ;) The trails are a little slippery.  :)
