First thought.

Ride to Key West and get the papers for a Iron Butt ...Sounds interesting.

Then the dates, now do I say I'm in, and buy new tires for this ride  ( is there a way to make tires a tax deduction?) or do I pay the MAN and hope for another one ?

I figure if 12 say they are going it's going to be down to about 4 to 6 by the time it gets here,, hope I'm proved wrong . So I'm going to think on it and wear out this set of tires .

No, you can show up that morning if you like, or whatever you want.  It's nice knowing people are interested, but not a requirement to sign up early.

I'm thinking hard about this one.  I'll def have to drop in a 18t on the front sprocket as I don't think I could tolerate 1k miles of 5k rpms.  But ya I can get about 130 or so on a tank before reserve pretty safe at the moment.  Sounds like a great time.
