It's the H.E. DeBardeleben coal washer structure in Acmar. Built in 1911.

I had shared a good bit of historical info regarding the structure and associated mining operations on the old BR site. But, it was all lost when the server puked.

Really interesting history surrounding DeBardeleben and the mining operations.
